Late entries are accepted on-site, cash or card only.
Refunds will be given no questions asked until 11/11/25 at 11:59 AM. Any entries not paid by this deadline will be deleted.

Selling entries/stalls - selling stalls will be handled between contestants. Stalls and RVs are not refundable. Changes must be made at the office. Text and PMs are not accepted! - NO CHANGE FEES.
Entries will close when the first horse runs in each class. You MUST be paid before you run. CASH ONLY late entries if entering on site.
Official Photographer and Videographer: BGY Photography. Please leave all professional-level cameras (cameras with detachable lenses) at home.

In the event of a tie -
(1) If times are identical - 1st time to run the target time wins the buckle
(2) If .XXX time is identical - the fastest time wins the buckle

Saturday
8:00-9:00 AM - Pole Expos (1) expo/horse rider pair. Pay At The Gate/First come first serve.
Followed by The Battle of the Benders (Poles)
$1500 “Battle of The Benders” Pole Slot Race!
$240 Entry Fee - 3D 1 second split. Must roll to the Open.
$200 goes to the slot, $35 to the open. $35 to SGP/NPBA/GT

Limited to 10/team. $26 entry fee. Team with the lowest Cumulative time wins. 100% of the pot will be split between winning team members. NT counted as 99.999. Awards for the winning team.
